A physician in private practice, Dr. Phillips understands how government intrudes into our lives and how organized medicine can distort research. Current member NRA Board of Directors, and elected this year by the Board to serve on its Executive Committee. Presently serving as Chairman of Women's Policies Committee; Vice Chairman Bylaws & Resolutions Committee; member of Finance Committee, Ways and Means Committee, Bylaws Review Task Force. Endow- ment member NRA, Life member Girl Scouts. Chairman of Colorado Ladies Charity Classic Handgun Event 1994, 1998. Member and Certified Handgun Instructor, Women's Shooting Sports Foundation. Member, USPSA; NSCA; ColoSCA; Boulder Rifle Club; Colorado Rifle Club. Member, Colorado and Boulder County Medical Societies, Quality Assurance Committee of Boulder Valley Independent Practice Association.
